These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Echelon Timepieces (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the purchase of pre-owned luxury watches through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every watch we sell is thoroughly inspected to verify authenticity, originality, and condition. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit watches, “franken” watches, or pieces with undisclosed aftermarket components. If you believe an item is materially not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Watch Screening and Due Diligence

To the best of our ability, each watch is checked against the stolen-watch databases and other verification resources available to Echelon Timepieces before it is offered for sale. Database coverage is not universal, and this screening does not constitute an absolute guarantee that every third-party record, claim, or report has been identified.

Manufacturer or Brand Retention

If a watch is later seized, retained, or confiscated by a manufacturer, brand, law-enforcement agency, customs authority, or other authorized third party because of a prior history, claim, or record that was not reasonably discoverable through the resources available to us at the time of sale, Echelon Timepieces cannot guarantee reimbursement of the watch’s cash value. This provision does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Upon acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Payment Requirements for Purchases Over $15,000

Purchases with a total transaction value exceeding $15,000 must be paid exclusively by verified bank wire transfer. Credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, payment links, financing, and other payment methods are not accepted for transactions over this amount. Orders are not confirmed until the wire has cleared and the funds have been verified.

Shipping

Orders are shipped fully insured via reputable carriers. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of luxury timepieces, all sales are final. We only accept returns when a watch is materially not as described or is determined to be counterfeit. Authorized returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and returned in the same condition, with all original accessories and documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
