Due to the unique and high-value nature of our inventory, all sales are final except when an item is materially not as described or proven inauthentic. Exchanges are not accepted.

Return Eligibility

If you believe your watch is materially not as described or have an authenticity concern, you must request return authorization within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be unworn, unaltered, and in the exact condition received. All original boxes, papers, accessories, and packaging must be included. The watch must not have been opened, adjusted, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing or fit issues, normal wear expectations, or any reason outside of a material condition discrepancy or authenticity concern.

Return Process

Email echelontimepieces@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a detailed explanation, and supporting photos when applicable. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label. The watch must be returned according to our instructions.

Refunds

After the item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.

We reserve the right to verify all claims and decline any return that does not meet these requirements. Contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every watch we sell is thoroughly inspected to verify authenticity, originality, and condition. We do not sell counterfeit watches, “franken” watches, or pieces with undisclosed aftermarket components. If you believe an item is materially not as described or has an authenticity issue, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Upon acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order by ACH or bank wire only. All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Shipping

Orders are shipped fully insured via overnight delivery for a $120 shipping charge. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for a material condition discrepancy or authenticity issue. Any return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and an authorized return must be sent back in the same condition with all original accessories and documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Every shipment is insured for its full value and requires an adult signature at delivery. Please ensure that an adult is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

International shipping may be available to select destinations by prior arrangement. Charges and delivery times vary, and buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country.

Each timepiece is packaged securely in its original box when available or in a protective case. If your watch arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, contact us within 24 hours so we can assist with the carrier claim.

We ship domestically via insured FedEx provide complimentary OVERNIGHT shipping within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

At Echelon Timepieces, every watch is professionally verified before it’s offered for sale. No assumptions, no shortcuts — each piece goes through a strict, multi-step process to ensure complete authenticity and reliability.

1. Serial & Reference Verification

We locate and photograph the serial and reference numbers, then confirm them against correct brand ranges and historical production data.
If anything is altered, inconsistent, or suspicious, the watch never makes it to our inventory.

2. Dial, Case & Bezel Examination

Using professional magnification, we inspect:

• Dial printing and lume

• Rehaut engravings

• Case shape & finishing

• Crown guards

• Bezel fonts and insert details

We do not list watches with aftermarket or replaced components without specifications in listing.

3. Movement Authentication

The caseback is opened to confirm:

• Correct movement model & layout

• Genuine factory engravings

• Rotor, bridges, jewels & balance condition

4. Documentation & Provenance

When a watch includes box or papers, each item is verified for authenticity.
For watches without papers, we provide detailed inspection notes and an in-house authenticity report.

Our Standard

Only watches that pass every stage are approved for sale. We refuse to sell counterfeits, franken watches, movement swaps, or anything that does not meet correct specifications.

Echelon Timepieces can source watches based on your preferred brand, reference, configuration, condition, and budget. Availability, pricing, and timing depend on the specific watch and current market conditions.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Watches priced below $20,000 require a 50% upfront retainer. Watches priced at $20,000 or more require payment in full before the order is placed. Any remaining balance must be paid before shipment. Payment is accepted by ACH or wire transfer.

CANCELLATIONS

Once a sourcing order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. If the customer does not complete the remaining payment, the initial retainer will be retained by Echelon Timepieces to cover sourcing commitments and associated costs. A cancellation and refund will only be considered if the watch has a material condition discrepancy compared with the condition disclosed and approved, or if the watch does not pass authentication.

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Every sourced watch is inspected and authenticated before delivery. Available photographs, condition details, included accessories, and final pricing will be provided for approval before the sourcing order is placed.

SHIPPING

Fully insured overnight shipping is charged at a flat rate of $120. Orders ship after the watch has passed inspection and all funds have cleared.
