**Shipping Policy**
At Echelon Timepieces LLC, we take great care to ensure that your new watch arrives safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We ship domestically via insured FedEx provide complimentary OVERNIGHT shipping within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Every shipment is fully insured for its retail value and requires an adult signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. For international customers, we offer shipping to select countries; shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees assessed by their country. If you have special shipping requests or need expedited service, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We package each timepiece securely in its original box (when available) or a protective case to guard against damage during transit. If your watch arrives damaged or you encounter any issues with delivery, notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.
