Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every timepiece we sell and guarantee its authenticity. Because each watch is unique, all sales are considered final; however, we understand circumstances may arise where a return is necessary.

If you believe the watch you received is not as described, you must request a return authorization within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be returned in the exact condition received—unworn, unaltered and with all original boxes, papers and accessories. Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will issue a refund minus original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to decline a return if the watch shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering, or if it is a custom, special‑order or sourced item.

To initiate a return, email us at info@echelontimepieces.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide you with a prepaid, insured shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please contact us with any questions about this policy before placing your order.
