We stand behind every timepiece we sell and guarantee its authenticity. Because each watch is unique, all sales are considered final; however, we understand circumstances may arise where a return is necessary.

If you believe the watch you received is not as described, you must request a return authorization within 24 hours of delivery. The piece must be returned in the exact condition received—unworn, unaltered and with all original boxes, papers and accessories. Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will issue a refund minus original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to decline a return.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please contact us with any questions about this policy before placing your order.

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. Upon acceptance, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Payment and Pricing

Shipping

Returns

Due to the nature of luxury timepieces, all sales are final. We only accept returns if the watch is not as described or is found to be counterfeit. Authorized returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and returned in the same condition, with all original accessories and documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or our website.

At Echelon Timepieces LLC, we take great care to ensure that your new watch arrives safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We ship domestically via insured FedEx provide complimentary OVERNIGHT shipping within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Every shipment is fully insured for its retail value and requires an adult signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. For international customers, we offer shipping to select countries; shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees assessed by their country. If you have special shipping requests or need expedited service, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We package each timepiece securely in its original box (when available) or a protective case to guard against damage during transit. If your watch arrives damaged or you encounter any issues with delivery, notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier. We locate and photograph the serial and reference numbers, then confirm them against correct brand ranges and historical production data.
If anything is altered, inconsistent, or suspicious, the watch never makes it to our inventory.

2. Dial, Case & Bezel Examination

Using professional magnification, we inspect:

• Dial printing and lume

• Rehaut engravings

• Case shape & finishing

• Crown guards

• Bezel fonts and insert details

We do not list watches with aftermarket or replaced components without specifications in listing.

3. Movement Authentication

The caseback is opened to confirm:

• Correct movement model & layout

• Rotor, bridges, jewels & balance condition

4. Documentation & Provenance

When a watch includes box or papers, each item is verified for authenticity.
For watches without papers, we provide detailed inspection notes and an in-house authenticity report.
